I had the same problem with mine yesterday..and was stuck handicapped with just incoming calls and couldn't get into phone by any chance...then i remembered that i had once enabled the option for Mobile Anti-theft from Security menu also known as remote control your phone in case jts lost or in emergency.. Hope you remember that you had done this too?

To unlock and get the protection pin you need to send a sms from a different phone to your phone by typing  #mima#

Include the hash keys on both ends.. And send a SMS only
Make sure ur esrlier sim is available in the same sim slot it was in previously before u changed.

Once done you will get a return sms on the phone u sent thd sms from it will contain a pin number... This is the privacy protection pin hou need to enter to unlock ur phone.. Phew!

Hope this belps!

Best solution so far;
But if it doesn't work try this (it will erase everything in your phone including the media, contacts, apps, EVERYTHING):
boot into recovery and then factory format.
how to boot into recovery:
turn off your phone;
press volume up and power untill screen goes on;
select recovery mode with volume up button only and press ok with volume down;
press simultaneously volume down and power to go pass the no command screen;
select factory format with volume buttons;
hit ok with power button and then reset our phone...

This is the fail-safe factory formatting for your phone, it is designed for the cases that you can't do nothing,
so it's very powerfull and wipes out almost the entire phone....

Best regards,
Lincoln.

Remove sim card and check again. Maybe you set Sim card pin or was set by carrier.

hi, i was looking for a solution and i saw that @itsme007 said. But i have a question, in my case the other phone (phone emergency) received the follow instruction:

"
I have enabled the mobile phone anti-theft function, and have the set your mobile number as emergency contact number, so that you can remote control my phone by below commands if my phone is lost.
Commands:
Remote phone lock: #lock#
Remote phone unlock: #unlock#
remote data wipe: #wipe#
fetch back anti-theft PIN: #password#
"

So, i have to put my sim in my phone and the contact phone send me a sms with #password#?
Or in the middled of the # put a random number?
Thank you so much
