As to your question: Probably never! I do not believe that there will be ANY updates to the F1 Play anymore. They have put their focus on the current devices now. Until those are superseded by even newer ones. More than 6 months of support won't be a thing with UMIDIGI. Cheap prices --> little support.
You might say it's 6 months old.. but for me, this is a brand new phone. In fact kids have not even opened it yet for another 2 days.
An upgrade shouldn't be too much to ask for and if they've built any cross-platform architecture, it shouldn't be so difficult either.
Any company should realise if they want any kind of long term business, they need to look after their customers as well as their prospects... otherwise their reputation will affect their new business too.

All in all and it's a shame, it's a good phone, but since there's no regular update tracking, I won't buy your brand again.
