extr  download  (SP_Meta_v9.1604.02) last virsion  install pc  after automatically open .Click Reconnect at the top-right corner. The color of the circle should start changing between red and green. Switch off the phone (still with battery inside) and connect it to the PC without holding any button on the phone.

one connect after can't connect pc uninstall the (Maui META ver 9.1604.02.00 ) and reinstall and try again it will work

Fortunately the current version of Maui META works with all of the latest UMi models, however both the SN Writer and Maui META needs the MDDB file of the same ROM version, that's installed on your phone.

Sorry but i still haven't got the official SPFT release (that contains the DB files) of the Nougat ROM. As soon as I get it, I'll share it. Until that, you can flash an earlier ROM, repair your IMEI numbers with its DB files, then flash the Nougat ROM or install the update.zip again.
