I'm experiencing a problem when trying to update my newly purchased device UMI Touch, is available to update the firmware v3.03-20160510, I start the update process via Wi Fi, when I start installing the device restarts and appears message "Singnature Verification Fail" is required to restart the phone and I can not install any way could help me?

I have a Umi touch x. It was installed with sevral roms when i got it. How can i remove these roms and get a clean install. I live in scandinavia. is there a spesific rom for this region?

Hi,

Always only the last ROM is on the phone, so you can't remove the older ones. You can make a clean install with SP Fash Tool.

Hi, after flashing my UMI TOUCH device with (ROM: n625ab_dj11_lte_fdd_20160510_songlixin_PC.rar - Extract the .rar)  my mobile had stopped receiving signals from my operator, since it is showing IMEI and SIM, OPERATOR AND MOBILE Number.  so please suggest me what to do in the next level.

Hi,

Flash the earlier version with SP Flash Tool, then immediately (after the first boot up) process a FOTA update.

The flashing process or that ROM version themselves don't cause such issues, except if you choose the 'Format All + Download' option in the flash tool.
Please, try your phone with another SIM card and always replace the card while your phone is powered off.
