Microphone issue solution

Hello, I also have a serious problem with the microphone and the calls. I've tested absolutely all ROM versions including this one. My problem is sometimes solved for several days, and then the problem again occurs. Please make a timely solution to this problem. The microphone has a problem only during calls and the other side hearing me very badly. Tell me if this problem can finally be fixed. It is extremely frustrating to buy a phone for $ 300 and it can not be used for the main thing - to talk about it. This is really tragic and I am extremely disappointed with the phone. This is my third Umi phone, but as it goes it will be my last. Definitely, in the absence of a decision, it will move to another mark. I would no longer recommend Umidigi to anyone, and my friends mocked that I chose you as a brand.

Hi, You can try to do the following:
1. Open the Phone app, tap the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner, then select Settings.
2. Select Accessibility, and disable Noise reduction. Now try to make a phone call.

Ich habe ein spezielles Update erhalten. Dann funktionierte das Mikrofon, aber der andere Anrufer hatte ein Echo beim Gespräch. Daraufhin sollte ich dieses ROM flashen (2018101921_g37v71c2k_kw_mic.rar). Jetzt funktioniert das Mikrofon wieder nicht. Kann mir umidigi ein neues "spezielles" Update senden?

Ich habe dieses Mikrofonproblem und habe schon eine Mail mit IMEI-Nummern und FW_Version gesandt. Ich habe auch einen Fehlerbericht mit mtklog-Datei gesandt. Leider habe ich noch keine Antwort erhalten. Ein halbes Jahr habe ich jetzt dieses "Flaggschiff" und kann damit nicht telefonieren. Bitte helfen Sie mir!

I tried 20181019 but it doesn't solves the mic problem. Still Mic 1 isn't working, and Mic 2 is the only one that is functional.
