UMIDIGI A1 Pro full specs revealed!

Hello, I bought the Umidigi cell phone A1 Pro model in sunsky with order number 1805112835 and bought on May 05, 2018, after only 9 days of use I stopped working the microphone, I made the claim but they have not reshuffled me. order to restore factory values ​​and update the version of the system but nothing has worked, the microphone still work properly, with whom I can put my claim and get my refund of that purchase?

Hey, had phone for a week now and whilst I am happy with the phone I have encountered some minor issues.

1 like Eljo my wireless update has been replaced with Com.adups.fota.MyAplications
When I click on it it opens a window under the square softkey that I cannot open.


2 now had 2 occasions when the phone has rang and whilst still ringing the screen will not come on.  The fingerprint sensor doesn't vibrate (as if its off) and a press of the power key does nothing.
The only way to get back in is to hold power button and reset.


3 phone was at about 50% charge and turned off.  Once rebooteded phone said it was at 1% and once I began charging I checked out the battery usage graph and it just drops off from 50% to empty.  I thought after a minute it would bounce back up to that but it did not.


A little concerned with the screen and battery issues.  If this continues to happen often I will be forced to use the dispute in aliexpress


UPDATE... all is good now, factory reset and update sorted the issue with the update feature and after letting the phone run down to 1-3% and then fully charge a couple of times the battery indicator is more reliable.  For more info check my thread A1 Pro feedback.

Bought the A1 pro two weeks ago but the phone keeps disconnecting from any wifi it is connected too and the only way to get it to reconnect is to restart the phone. The other 3 mobiles in the home work fine on the wifi and i have tried going to someone else's house and using their wifi and same issue so it is definitely the actual phone. Just wondering has anyone else had the same issue or has any suggestions i could try, thanks in advance

Installed the update last night and it took awhile for it to load. It was stuck so I had to reboot the phone. It seems to be fine after the reboot.

Only seller can offer refund, repair or replacement.
Could you please explain a bit more what exactly happened with your phone.

Thanks but thats not quite the answer to my question!

Standard USB cables not supporting fast charging so if you want buy spare cable please looking for fast charging type (all umidigi phone USB C cables are compatible with A1 Pro)

1 - Phones get realy hot on charging.
Due to fast charging phone needs increased temperature especially if you start using phone during charging. If you keep doing that then charging current flow will be reduced and charging time will increase.
2 - After continues use, mail, facebook, gag, youtube and so on for 15 tot 20 min the phones gets way to hot and the screens turn blue starting below between the circle and the square. This blue spot on the screens becomes bigger and hotter in the minutes to come. We are scared for battery explosions and fire.
Yesterday I was travelling for more than hour with navigation on (only device) and I didn't experienced such issues. Are you sure that the phone wasn't exposed on direct sunlight?
3 - one of the 4 phones has shut down for one time and had to be rebooted.
If such problem didn't repeat then don't worry about. Otherwise please perform factory reset.
5 - 20 min on google navigation takes about 30% battery.
My took around 17% during hour of navigation (only device) with auto screen brightness
6 - one phone had problems with the camera and the software (app) responded with the text 'cant find driver, restart may be needed'. This was realy needed to get the cam on again. After restart a quick FOTA message (green icon) was shown on top and gone after a second. Afrer checking Wireles OTA update gone on one phone. Text in 'about the phone' replaced with: 'Com.adups.fota.MyAplications'.
Probably your phone was during OTA update. You should finish updating of your phone, reboot phone and performe factory reset if fault occur again
7 - Checking the dual lens function of the cameras the below lens on all 4 phones soom fake. When putting a finger for the uppper lens you can see the finger closing the lens. Putting it in front of the second and below lens nothing happens, no registration of the finger.?
Second camera is used to increase Bokeh effect and improve pictures quality during certain conditions. This camera is not for taking pictures.

For both issues please perform factory reset and check for updates.

Because phone is new and battery is not formatted yet such situation can happen. Please discharge battery and fully charger three times without using and keep connected to charger for extra hour after be fully charged.

I have the same problem with the bluetooth connection to my car. It connectes then it randomly disconnects.
I have to restart the phone to connect again.
