Lamento que no te funcione, me imagino que si la sim funciona bien en un terminal diferente y has provado las diferentes configuraciones tendra que ser el terminal en si.

ANDROID AUTO ISSUE
I have just got a z2 pro. Great phone but when using Android Auto my car screen goes black. Something online suggested a recent Android update might fix this. When is an update coming to Umidigi z2 pro? I really don't want to return the phone but need this to work.

Hello, does anyone have a problem with the clock. It happens from time to time. The clock just stops at some time / usually during the night/ and therefore the allarm doesn't go on in the morning, because the clock is showing the wrong time. Then later in the morning it just starts working, takes data from I don't know where and continues working normally.

I've had the Z2 Pro now for about two weeks and I am very satisfied with it. It does everything I need it to and although the camera is somewhat average and the GPU a bit weak for intensive 3D games, it's a very nice phone for the money.

I know that there will probably be no Android 9.0 update for this phone and I don't have a problem with that (8.1 is good), but I'm hoping Umidigi will at least provide us with regular security updates. The latest security update on my new phone is from July 5 2018, which is a bit old.

Are further security updates planned for the Z2 Pro?

First time we can hear abut such bug on Our latest device.
Please go to settings - system - data & time - please change settings to auto and test.
Otherwise please check does some of third party apps not cause such issues or perform factory reset from settings - system - reset options to remove system errors or viruses which could infected your device.

Please test car radio with different phone, maybe your radio needs some updates because I couldn't discover such behaviour during my tests.
Please give me radio and vehicle models and I will try test if similar vehicle will be available around.

Have you fixed the Wi-Fi connectivity on the Z2 pro yet?
How about fixing the 9issues with one flagship before launching another...
Please reply directly to me. My issue is:
The phone will intermittently not connect to any web service either via browser or app. Very unpredictable and VERY unstable. But still no update via OTA updates. I have had three updates since I have had the phone, each one has not resolved a core issue. Unless this is a faulty phone?

Request to the developers in UMIDIGI, Z2 PRO

1-) absence of notifications in the status bar, Please add notifications in the notch as the  Xiaomi POCOPHONE F1
2-) in total darkness synchronize taking photo with the flash (Flashlight and camera are not in sync) When I use my flashlight on the camera app the captured image is dark. The flashlight turns on but the moment the picture is taken the flashlight turns off so the picture is not lit by the flash..
3-) option of full white Screen Light as a Selfie Flash Light
4-) Camera app to remember (save) your last setting

Can we finally get an answer from Umidigi regarding security patches? The security patch on my Z2 Pro is from July. Are OTA security patches planned at all for this phone?

Sadly, I don't think this phone will get any security updates...not to mention Android Pie
