Lets show the UMI-Company that we start to get really mad and why we are pissed off!

Maybe UMI will answer... Or lie

- What is with the 'never working'-flipcover?
- When will come next update?
- Will the Audio-jack ever work without clicking noise and    bad quality? - Because with Bluetooth headset sound      is good, except the noise when change song.
- Miui was promised! When it will be available?

Welcome back and sorry, but you deserved it. There were only two users I've ever banned here and you were an honored one of them.
Unfortunately I can't tell you what I don't know. Nowadays I mostly spent my time around emax mini. I inquired now some information about that 1.7 update. Hopefully I can discover something in the next coming days.

No new info about that, just the story of the hard job caused by the new products. I tried to convince them about the importance of support and reputation, but I was not effective until now. I'm not a Chinese one and not staying there in Shenzhen.

That's just a WP8 UI, not the whole system, of course.
I don't know what about the slow USB speed yet. Just a few users reported that and I see that flash issue for the first time now.

Hi mohkoh,

- The flipcover was poorly designed by the (OEM) manufacturer. As far as I know, a new design is in production. Unfortunately, bad covers cannot be corrected by software ugdate.
- No exact date is announced about the next update yet.
- The clicking noise issue is sporadic, not all devices are involved. UMI would need some phones with that problem to investigate it.
MIUI (MYUI - I don't know why that spelling) is already available via Rootjoy.

If these photos have bad quality, then that expression has quite a relative meaning.

Hi Kretek,

Can you define "slow speeds"?
What typical speeds do you achieve, and what is the difference with another USB connected device?

The Flash issue has been highlighted to UMI and this is being worked on. Hopefully this be resolved in the next update.

1)Clicking noise affect all users like freezing and reboot at high volume level (without the workaround off course)

2) Umi are working on Iron's issues I'm pretty sure of that because they contact me on FB to obtain some information about a "reporting" I've done where I try to explain all issues.

I''ll give u an example. When I want to transfer my photos or movies (1 GB+) to my PC or other way round it transfers ~1 MB/s (doesn't matter if sdcard or internal memory). When I use OTG cable to/from my USB stick it transfers at ~20 MB/s. Same when I want to transfer using say "Wifi file transfer pro" from google play - speed is round ~10 MB/s. So how can it be that the slowest way to do backups is over the usb to PC? It behaves as it is using USB1.1 protocol. Already tried other cables without any luck. Other phones I had were reaching 25 MB/s.

Are there any plans of implementing google camera2 api? It would really make some people happy...
