Hi Technolory,
The touch screen was multiple times optimized already and it's quite sensitive now, even in this beta. Maybe your specific device has a not perfect touch panel.

Dual 3G/4G works and also the WiFi Hotspot but it's unstabel yet.

Yeah the 7.1.1 is not stable at this time so we have to wait.In fact the CyanogenMod 14.1  is not stable.
