Dear user,

A such issue has not been reported until now and I also can't reproduce it on my test device. I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the youtube app and try again.

By your description your case seems to be a specific hardware issue, that's not about the software. Could you post a video showing the weird behavior of your screen?

I regret to tell you but the UMi Touch won't receive custom ROMs. For earlier models the custom ROMs had Chinese/English language only, so they weren't really popular.
