Yes I have the wifi problem too, it is connected but there is no data being sent or received.

In my opinion there is a problem with Bluetooth signal strength . On a previous version (v3.01) of my headphones BT easily work in the kitchen. At the moment, the music can be " cut " when phone is in pocket and you turn your head.
