Probably a system app crashes at the startup but there can be many reasons. You can return your phone to your seller but that might be enough to just find an experienced friend to flash your phone.

I understand that official rom is to warranty and unofficial to recover user data and files. In instructions i find this:
"If you flash the Basic Edition version for the first time, it is highly recommended to flash it in Firmware Upgrade mode (your user data will be erased) in order to remove the updates and saved data of the removed apps as well. Later updates can be flashed without the userdata partition".
So its better dont use basic edition to keep user data?and first can i do unofficial rom to recover data and later official to warranty and previous system from supplier?

I tried this procedure today, i am doing everything fine from instruction is button OK but doesnt work for me, is the same problem all the time

It was unofficial basic and no basic rom and download only mode without user data. I dont understand. Please help.

Flash the latest official version. Don't flash the basic edition if you want to preserve your user data on your phone. If you can't flash your phone, you should share some details about your issue (error message you get in the flasher app, driver status in your device manager etc.) or we can't help.

Hi good news my phone c note 2  now works fine, i tried your instruction by myself step by step but i lose my data, it was one way to works phone (firmware update only, i tried option download only without user data but it doesn't work, problem was all the time) but is fine, okay thank you i just write from this phone. I used official rom. You are doing good job. Thanks again.
