I suggest that this info should be added on official each ROM's update instructions for manual update, i.e. on first page of each ROM's forum topic. Use for example words "use sequential ROM order for manual OTA update". Now you answer that this info is in "every thread". I assume that the official thread should have all relevant instructions for succesful update, as the instructions in "every thread" are conflicting, not official and user has high risk ending up with a brick.

My main speaker is still not fuctioning after manual update to A7. It is not functioning after new update using factory reset. Now I am struggling whether I should learn to master SPFT update, as this is not something a normal end user should be forced to do.

P.S. Otherwise I am pleased to Super. The battery is still fine after 14 months use; 2 times chargings in 5 days is normal for me. Phone antenna is poor (loosing 4G/3G easily) but with this price you can not have it all.

Recently I've started to add the update compatibility info to the update.zip links like here: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-15305-1-1.html
Maybe your speaker issue is hardware related but to let it be discovered, you should flash your phone with SP Flash Tool. Nobody is forced to use it but that's a good solution to fix software errors.

وكانت النتيجة جيدة جدا من الشحن والتفريغ البطارية.
وكانت النتيجة أيضا جيدة جدا لحساسية بصمات الأصابع واستجابة ممتازة دون توعية وهمية
ملاحظة : سوف تفقد الأرقام التسلسلية للقطاعات اتصال (إيمي)

And then you can instantly download the latest version of Android 7 DATE 7/6/2017 without downloading other ROM
The result was very good charging and discharging the battery.
The result was also very good for fingerprint sensitivity and excellent response without fake awareness
Note: You will lose the serial numbers of the connection segments (IMEI)

I did it.

First of all, I downloaded the version of A6. I flash it via SFTP method using the option firmware update.

Then I instantly flashed A7 last rom.

After check all for a few days,battery is still draining fast.

Also, I didn´t lost my IMEI numbers. I did something wrong maybe.

You only lose imei when you choose
Format all...
But with snwriter you can restore nvram imei

That's why I still have a fast drain.
I will test today to do a format all option.
