I bought mine at January 9th and still, I've never have a confirmation from a certified UMI reseller in AliExpress. I'm simply getting frustrated. This should've been shipped before Chinese New Year and yet, here I am, waiting for it even though I already bought it 3 weeks ago...

Don't worry, the phone is not so bad as described in this forum. I've mine since 3 weeks.  Nearly everything is working fine. The only thing which isn't quite good for me is the very fast battery draining.  Hope a future update will optimize this. Another tip... get the blue flip case from umi.  It uses the hall sensor of the phone.  You have many functions in the circle area of the case.  You can receive incoming calls  or use your music player without open the case.

Well my phone was send yesterday from Hong Kong, after like 45 days (courtesy of Dx.com). I almost lost hope trying to figure out what is taking so long with customer service. Anyway the phone is on its way, so I expecti to have it in a 2-3 weeks, unless it gets stuck in customs.
