What causes this delay?

I presume, geographical position, servers overloaded, maybe some small errors.

固件 的 其他 版本 是 不是 在 这里.
Other versions of the firmware is not here.

Already I'm leaving in Italy, I check every day for OTA update, but my device is not finding anything.

seems ok touch screen is a little worst the 20160807, but phone runs smooth

flashed via spft, but NOT the recovery, cache and user partition. Then I wiped Dalvic/cache by booting to TWRP.

Only thing that I dont like is that I can't unlock the phone via fingeprint anymore...and I have to use the power button to wake it...

please do not flash ROM or fix if they are not published on XDA pages or in this forum.
