Yes, I already have found the culprit, an APK which was on the device tree I forked. I am currently building and will upload the ROM without it ASAP. I am also opening an issue in the repo which I forked from. I am really sorry that I didn't find this earlier.

I have uploaded R3 in which the trojan has been removed, apologies for not noticing earlier. PLEASE FLASH IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU HAVE R1/2 INSTALLED. REMEMBER TO WIPE SYSTEM,DALVIK AND CACHE. LINK IN FIRST POST.

Well, it depends.
I currently have a CM12.1 for stock eMAX Mini, which boots but it isn't fully working yet (namely it lacks sound and RIL). If I can I will release it someday, but developing and testing that is a pain in the ass because I keep having to convert my phone back and forth between an eMAX Mini and a M3G.Apart from that, there is the chance  that somebody may post an easier way to convert an eMAX mini to a M3G.

Can you provide a link to safe instructions for the first step "Flash TWRP"?  I have TCL M3G, not rooted.

Shall I use this one: http://www.needrom.com/download/twrp-recovery-for-m3g/ ? What is a safe way to install it? Some people mention KingRoot but browser warns me about that site.

Hi! Sorry to post this on this thread, but there's a MoKee rom: MK60.1-q39-201512151349-UNOFFICIAL, with Android 6.0.1 for TCL M3G, by Flour_Mo. Sim cards don't work, external sd is not working also, and other things are not working as well, but generally it works and boot well. I guess there's hope for Marshmallow for our device, or not? : )

Do NOT use KingRoot.

I can't really say if there's hope or not. I couldn't (yet) build a booting CM13.0, and I don't know where the sources for that Mokee are, since this repo: https://github.com/TCL-M3G-dev/android_device_tcl_q39 , which is the one I forked from and supposedly FlourMo's sources, hasn't been updated since December.
Can you provide a link to the thread where you downloaded that ROM from?
As a personal note, I wouldn't really trust FlourMo's ROMs or any that use his sources, because they still have the ckservice.apk trojan and seem pretty fishy in general.
Edit: actually, the security patch level and the timestamp on the filename suggest that this ROM was built on December. He might have just abandoned the device.
