I received my F1 on Thursday, It took 7 days to arrive in the UK via Singapore. I was once a strong critic of Umi when I bought UMI Plus E, which was my first UMI phone, and it was the biggest disappointment I had of Chinese phones. After that I bought a Doogee advertised as the top of the brand and in the end it was for me a Top of trash, brand to forget and I will not give second chance for the quality of hardware and a support to forget.
Before I bought this F1 I had contact with One Pro, which surprised me a lot with the quality of the equipment and the support. I was the one who dealt with the problem resolution that One pro had, problems with the wireless charging and the display that took off. The support was flawless and responsive until it found a way that was satisfactory to both parties. That's what got me to buy this F1. In these early days nothing negative to point out, I am very satisfied with the purchase. The operating system is clean, which is a plus, the hardware seems balanced for the price, the only negative note and it lacks the charge notification LED that comes with the One Pro. I will return here if I find problems in the future and the communication or update support is not satisfactory, this is a step that the UMIDigi has to have the courage to advance, at least a phone of these has to have an update of the OS and 3 of security, when they reach this level then it can be said that are at the level of a Xiaomi and other Chinese brands. For now I will give Note 4 and in the next evaluation I can make some changes. I recommend buying this equipment for the price / quality it offers in general.
