Help. GPS does not work

I have flashed my phone but it didn't help

I was very disappointed with the brand of UMI. I do not recommend to buy phones of this brand !!!

Concerning the GPS of my Harmmer S I can only say that it has a quite poor GPS.
Compare to an other phones (Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini) myhammer s can only find less than the half of satellites that  were detected by the Samsung. Also the founded sat have also a poorer connection.

Another thing that I noticed is that the Hammer S seems to detect only american GPS. Glonass sat are not detected ( which could explain that russian user did not have any gps connection ).

Is it an hardware or firmware issue ?
