UMI Z - SPEAKER STOP WORKING - SOLVED

Okay does anyone have a speaker part number to replace this part yourself? I prefer not to send this phone back as I don't have a replacement.
Even a how-to with replacing the speaker. I can figure this out myself anyways

A replacement speaker part number and where to order would help alot. This is a great phone and I don't want to give the store I bought this from any trouble by sending it back where I can fix it.

So guess who's alarm didn't go off.
And that was how I discovered that I'm affected as well.

Can people post here is they have speaker problems? Maybe UMI will fix this problem. It's a big issue with their phones.

Speaker didn't work  with my phone, too. Only a restart solves that problem.
Since it occurs periodically, calls and messages are missed, same with the
alarm.
Connectivity problems as stated before.
Mobile data only after restart as soon as connectivity was off for seconds.
I bought that phone at Gearbest, they are offering 200 GB when I send it back.
For me personally was this my first and my last UMI and I hope, I can sell it somehow.
Mentioned issues are either a softwareproblem or a hardwareproblem.
No connectivity and no speaker are major issues, not only a bug

I too have had that problem. In another UMI Z forum I've got the hint to disble Battery optimisation of both Bluetooth Share and BT Tool. Since that action i never faced that issue again.

I had that happening to me 2 or 3 times so far, since the beginning of February. It's something messing up the sound and only a restart will fix it, I don't know why but I think it might be related to an audio problem when using chrome. It's freezing the audio driver or something like that.

I think it's some sort of audio driver issue. For me it often happens after going to do not disturb mode.

same for me, happens for me playing Audio in WhatsApp, then it is gone the Audio, until the next restart.
I noticed that issue mainly after i activated the battery saving function: close tasks in background
Now i disabled it again and until now no more issues.
