You should provide information as which app you used to testing temperatures, screenshot etc but if there will be fault in sensor kernel will shut down system from overheating or if there will be so high temperature your device will be in fire.
From my informations hardware not contain this sensor.
Those links only informing what type of hardware this SoC can support but there is not a word about SDK released by MTK to companies.
As we informed everybody MTK provided SDK for DDR3 to Umidigi engineers but this still not supporting DDR4 6GB which is in Umi /Umidigi plus E

processor potderzhivaet two memory channel Android SDK 6.0.1 you ! Android 7.0 is already possible on one channel even for our phone! there are raspredilenie two channels in a basic 6.0.1 . why your in General do not take as a sample of the finished solutions 6.0.1????!!! or your engineers don't understand what is the flow? they just don't care about our models plus E. you are protecting the engineers is not justified
i bought umi plus e 2 days ago the phone is good but I have problem with the camera flash light is not working i should replace the phone or there is way to fix it
