Battery life is now shorter than before the FOTA. Something in the background is very fast draining the battery even in standby mode.  Doze mode periods are very short. Umi engineers,  please fix this ASAP.

In my case the most used is phone idle

You have to stop WiFi and BT from scanning, I am sure this will solve a lot of battery draning.

Okay here is a little update.

I took my phone off the charger at 04:40 this morning, and for the next many hours i looked at it regularly ( duble tab screen )
Right now it seem like wifi ( off ) and inactive phone idle is going along side by side in power usage.

Right now i have wifi : 8 %
Inative phone : 7 %
Google services : 1 %
While this was going on and i was tossing and turning in my bad not able to fall asleep as usual, i looked for a phone wifi signal on my tablet, but i never saw anything, so i dont think the wifi radio is actually live.

Battery is down to 83% - no calls made received 2 emails

Did finally manage to sleep a little from 09:00 and to 12:00 ( went to bed around midnight )

I assume if wifi and BT is scanning there is a symbol on the screen ? i have no such thing here.

Thre i have:

Inactive phone 71%

Go into settings and search "scanning"
Use the toggle and turn Wifi and Bluetooth scanning by apps off. Even if you have those features disabled in the main settings these scans are turned on as default until you turn them off.

It's probably a way for Google to spy on us, i personally blame the NWO and ILLUMINATI.

I don't have scanning in the setup menu. Where can I find this item?

Just go into settings and search for scanning, i just found them here and sure enough they was on

Some times ( okay often ) Google make me wish they wasent one of the evils i have chosen to live with.
