I understand that UMI has smaller budget than big companies, but you are not that small, and I am not comparing your phones with Apple's or Samsung's, but with Xiaomi, your chinese competitor which sell phones for the same prices as you do.Anyway, one single person, could be enough to test every single sensor on the phone. This is not the kind of problem that takes a lot of investment or time to control.
While testing battery quality and glass resistance on the long run can be much more complicated than just verifying if the firmware send the good settings to each sensor / component. It's like comparing apples to oranges.
Anyway, I am trusting you to solve this problem, since I bought an Umi phone for my girlfriend and she never had a problem with it. Also you provide much better support on forums than other competitors like Elephone.
By the way, being the first company to launch a x27 CPU phone is a nice achievement. But making your clients satisfied, and make them trust your brand is a much bigger one, believe me.
All that said, I hope you will keep on doing good work. But criticism is sometimes necessary to help you out.
