Mine was perfect for the first 3 months and then the problems started the a SOD (screen of death) I solve that with a ROM upgrade. Worked OK for another another month then came the UMi screen problems - press an icon and another loads. Then came the UMi battery problems. Then the battery expanded 4 times its normal size and the phone has stopped working. I have oredered a new battery - not arrived yet.

The phone is 11 months old - problem after problem after problem.

I'm UBER driver and this phone was both working tool and communication device, but I found big problem with GPS. This is a great phone but the GPS is really bad the thing jumps all over the place? UMI need to fix this ASAP as this is a deal breaker and if it's not fixed i for one will NEVER buy another UMI phone.

Hy. I bought Umi Plus in november. Somitimes GPS is not working very good and after the switch on, show me the facebook is not working well. And last couple days was UI system freeze a bit. Can you do it something? When is coming new system upgrade?

Hi
I would advice you to shut down phone and restart again to remove some errors/bugs.
If this not help you should perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

I have no problems with the upgrade to Android 7.  But battery charging is a huge problem.
Umi claims 5 minutes to 100 minutes for a quick charge with original charge wire.  But that is not true.
I had bought 2 UMI SUPER phones, one in November 2016 and one in December 2016. The one from December 2016 worked only for 2 weeks and then took 10 to 15 hours to charge the 50% battery.  I returned that for refund as it was within 45 days warranty.  The one from November was charging from 50% battery life in one hour until now.  This week, after 3 months of usage find it takes 6 to 7 hours to charge.  Have not used GPS, However the photos are better than my Blackberry Q10.
I have upgraded to Android 7 and have no major issues other than to clear Cache on some of the apps.
Would like UMI to resolve battery issues asap. Thanks
All said and done I LIKE THIS PHONE FOR THE STYLE AND SCREEN SIZE.
In life we get what we pay for.  $ 800 IPhone Vs $ 200 UMI.  I prefer UMI with minor problems.
I do not mind even replacing my returned phone with another UMI if they give me a 25 % rebate on the new phone.
Any comments from UMI?????

Since my UMI super has updated to V7.01-20170123 there are many problems not just a hot battery, I can not make or receive phone calls when I dial out I get a buzzzzzing, and the net work closes down on me if i turn off the Bluetooth it helps but the volume is very low..... HOW do I fix this besides ditching the phone.
