I have the System Ui Tuner enabled, but it is completely useless for me in this case. I understand that i cannot change the color of it, or at least remove the transparency.

The link was for "deep anger". As you mentioned in previous post that you have activated UI tuner already. UI is handy if you want change position of shortcut or you want remove some of useless short cut. Of course you can change information from top status bar and activate or deactivate battery percentage from top status bar

Thank you MarcinP. But I already knew how I should do it. It's just that it did not work. But I have just installed the newest N version and now I have been able to enable it. Problem solved.

The only way to change that stuff guys is to flash a rom that supports it.# months ago i owned One plus one which in its oxygen os rom had a theme app where you could change notifications/setting/buttons theme  independently .

I dont think this is possible to stock android roms.
