I published the second beta today. It's already almost bug free. First time in this release third party camera apps also can handle the shutter speed.

UMI said that Nougat will improve the pictures quality in all light conditions, not my words. You can find this statement in the blog. http://community.umidigi.com/article-239-1.html

As you can see, one of the first visible improvements is the brand new quick menu, revamped and tweaked with new features.

Another big improvement is at camera secetion: With the new Android 7, UMi was able to further enhance the quality of the 13MP Samsung sensor on board, which now gives improved results in every condition.

Can you see any enhancement on the camera front?

Yes, definitely but my opinion is not important. In those very rare cases when users don't just blame the camera here by words but also share photos, usually that turns out they simply don't know about the basic conditions and methods of proper photographing, and their photos just show their unskillfulness, that hides the real issues of the camera.

To be honest, the pictures I take with UMI Plus often come out blurry and this is not the first smartphone I have owned so I don't think my skills are the issue here...
I simply tap to focus and take a picture, keeping my hand steady. No matter how I focus, the pictures' quality is something that keep me puzzled.

That being said, I am glad you're experiencing improvements of the camera with Nougat. Hopefully we will be able to take better and more clear pictures when the new update is rolled out.

Hello. Today was updated the version of android to V3.01_20161117  Now not working scan the fingerprint. It is impossible to remove the old fingerprints in the security Settings. fix it pls!

Hi,

We are sorry for your inconvenience but we cannot fix your own device remotely. The updated ROM itself doesn't have a such issue, of course. I suggest you to process a factory data reset in Settings --> Backup and reset or if that doesn't help, flash the updated ROM with SP Flash Tool what is provided here.

sorry for my English. I update my UMI Plus on V.3.01_20161117 but it is not complate. It cannot reboot. I wait it reboot for a long night and a long day  for 3 days. somebody can help me
