Crazy screen

I have the same problem since Monday.
I activated the option to show the touches on the screen and show me a tap on the bottom left even with the phone resting.

Any idea how to resolve or if I have to complain to the seller and attempt a solution?

Same problem here, also lower right corner, but sometimes also on other spots.
Did Umi Reply to anybody?

Almost many of usage problems issues found nothing response from UMI (The brand owner).

I had to send (my own cost) my Umi Super (only 2 months old) to a Umi support contractor in Germany to fix my screen... Now they tell me I have to pay 30USD to get it fixed... My answer was f*** you! Next they ask for 10USD (What the f***!!!) after lowering their 'nice' offer...
What I have to say is: Stay away from pay anything for a replacement or repair. The probability to get another broken phone is very high. I lost my money on UMI and they treated me as I would be the only one with hardware/software issues.

It is hardware problem. i tryed with hard restart, new rom.. but same situation. hardware/dispay is not good. i dont know what to do. i bought phone on the aliexpress. someone know for some umi service in europe? thanks

they just give support for phones sold by them... I bought mine in igogo.es

Same problem with this 'over valued' Umi Super. The screen is a real crap screen. When it is place orizontal over a table (or so), it doesnt work properly. Even in the car, I have a car holder and it's impossibile to use phone with one hand while phone is holding in the holder: have to pick it up in hand, while driving, and press holdint phone in hand.

I tested with some touch screen apps, but no news.

I use a Ocube Tempered Glass Screen Film for UMI Super, transparent, 0.26mm 2.5D 9H Explosion-proof Protective Membrane. I was thinking this was the problem, but now i see this issue is common to many.

I think it's an Umi problem. If in some days I do not fix this issue, I will ask warranty refund and will stop to buy Umi devices: they are toys!
I've got it by GearBest, quite good web site coz they have a warehouse in Europe and this overpass all customs problems
