Audio cut outs and phone restarts

I am using my car aux input.

also, how does effect bluetooth, because is skips and jumps on umi voix blu too, afte 50% volume.

it is definitely a software problem. i will try with normal headphones soon.

You are right, the headphone amp can't affect Bluetooth connection.
But try it with a normal wired headphone. Maybe it will solve the freezes.

I tried it with normal wired headphones, and it does the same thing, I also tried to turn off WiFi while using Bluetooth headphones and it is still the same

Not many people have received their phones and also I doubt a lot have even tried Bluetooth audio.

BTW I have managed to solve the problem with the headphone jack, using mtk engineering mode, I went to hardware, audio and then headset audio, from the drop down menu I selected media, then I changed the Max volume to 70, and the value to 50.

These settings have stopped it crashing and switching off! Hopefully this will help others

There are 14 volume levels and the value can be set for all of them separately. That value is a rate ...

The settings I mentioned fixed the headphone jack, not the Bluetooth, maybe increasing the value over 70 over powers the audio chip, because it is too loud when it is over, double the volume of my s5, but now on 70 it seems normal

yes, theres no options for changing settings for Bluetooth audio however, that is the only issue remaining
