Totally agree with you Lord_Gabo.
I also bought the Touch for Rootjoy, but also for Windows as your screenshot clearly indicates. I love experimenting and different ROMS just are great fun on that behalf ;)
But still:
* there are no alternative ROMS available at all, other than the factory ROM
* absolutely lousy support (basically no support);
* questions remain unanswered (Only some are answered bij the moderators and they seem to receive litte to non information or incorrect informatio)

I won't go as far as to call UMidigi SCAM, but I do have second thoughts.

No, it's not a contradiction. The Win 10 development was/is in development but its issuance was never announced. A development still can be unsuccessful at the end or never finished.

Yes, this case is that we have to apologize for. Since many criticism came about the factory root states of UMi phones (security issues), we had to give up that project and provide the updates via FOTA method, that doesn'z make it possible to use Rootjoy as well. You still can use the phone management features of Rootjoy with UMi Touch.

The WP8 logo in the Rootjoy ad (the same picture is used in the ads of different, earlier UMi models as well) is just related to custom Android ROMs with Windows Phone UI - check in the Rootjoy app. Of course, a WP8 logo (moreover without any description) is not a promise of a Windows 10 system. I just can say sorry for your misunderstanding.

We'd kindly admit our mistake about this issue (as we did it related to the missing Rootjoy support) if we made it.

A WP8 logo dows indicate Windows 8 as an OS and is not intended for the usage of a shell... It's a copyrighted logo. ;)

I'm running a W10 shell at the moment, but it sometimes crashes. Is it possible to create a ROM with W10 shell as the default?
