Process a factory data reset and try again or update your phone using this flash tool. It just needs just a few minutes to be done.

¿Cómo se puede instalar con el flash? i can't reset the phone i prees delete all and the phone dont do nothing

That's weird but if it is the case, you can try it in recovery mode. To boot into recovery,
1. Turn off your phone and turn it on again while pressing the volume-up button.
2. Navigate to the recovery line with the vol-up button and select it with vol-down. The recovery will start in a few seconds, be patient fir a while.
3. Navigate with the volume buttons to Factory data reset and select it with the power button. Confirm your selection and your phone wil be reset.
You may reboot your device.
