Why am I unable to open ANY .rar files from this site? Is a particular software required?

Doesn't matter, I have found that 7zip cannot open them but winrar can.

I have this rom. Have issue where touch screen stops working and I have lock and unlock phone and touch works again

Why no update since August 2019 please? Even if phone will not receive Android 10 security patch is 12 months old which is very bad. Please produce an update for this phone. Thank you

As it would seem there will be no more updates for the UMIDIGI POWER I won't purchase another UMIDIGI product.

SCREEN STOPS WORKING
I have this problem now too!
I hope they can get this fixed.
Fingerprint sensor does work better.
I can't tell if the camera fixes made any difference.
I still don't get emergency messages.
Face unlock works pretty good, but is SO ANNOYING if you turn on use light.
Every time you move the phone it lights up, like a couple of hundred times a day.
Good luck trying to turn the light setting off!  WHERE?

No new ROM for ages, so screen freeze issue and serious security holes will remain with us - forever.
Sorry (not), won't buy another umidigi product again.
