When I update via OTA to V1.0_20190214 the Z2 says FAIL !!
Also when I do a local update with V1.0_2 ...

The update file is perfect. Please follow my instructions in comment 11#.

Then it's time for flashing. We provide the flash tool ROMs for such cases when the OTA (recovery) update doesn't work for some reason.
