I've only flashed a custom recovery and rooted before on this phone, so I just want to double-check before I try it out: will flashing the update through the SP Flash Tool wipe all my data?

If you flash your phone without the userdata partion (uncheck it), you won't lose your user data.

No issue to reach TWRP Menu after flashing new ROM but phone stick on UMIDIGI logo when it start... If I flash ROM without TWRP, phone is starting perfectly...

Any idea ?

Hi,

After flashing TWRP (and booting into TWRP for the first time) you have to install SuperSU.
"At some devices, after flashing TWRP, first you have to root your phone (install SuperSU) or it won't be able to boot into the system."

I've flashed & rooted my Ples E since I've got it in Jan 2017 and it's first time that I've got this issue.

Anyway, I do confirm that TWRP is working with this new ROM and thank you again for your fast support

PS: Do you have a detailled changelog of this ROM ? Is BT improved ? After big improvement of GPS with previous ROM, BT is the last black point on this phone.

I received this update automaticaly by wireless update , this update has fixed the battery draining under 30 % , but a new problem is coming on : the camera unable to start unless restart the phone or giving rotated photos . Any solution ?

Hi,
I don't really understand your issue (by your description) but you can try to calibrate the G-sensor in Settings --> Display --> G-sensor calibration.
