Hi,
From your explanation I am fully sure that you didn't followed my advice which was "use firmware upgrade mode " and you formatted you phone and now you lost finger print activation file and bin file.

Anyway firstly I would focus on camera, because if camera still doesn't working after flashing whole original ROM then you have hardware fault and you should make decision what exactly you want to do with your device.

Hello, I was trying to create a new thread, but then I realized I don't seem to have enough permissions (...).

Anyway, I bought an Umidigi Z2 recently over christmas through a website called Efox. The phone looks nice and works almost fine. There's just a huge problem with it: the microphone doesn't work in calls (normal, or calls through messenger, whatsapp etc). It doesn't work for Shazam or Google either. It does however work for WhatsApp voice audios or videos. I've seen a thread with this exact issue for the Umidigi Z2 Pro, but I can't seem to find it for this phone. What can I do to fix this issue?

Im pretty sure it has something to do with the VOICE OVER LTE, try to disable that!

Hi everyone, I'm looking for help.

I bought Umidigi Z2 Normal on presale, in June. When the smartphone arrived, I immediately thought the pictures in low light were so bad. I didn't understand why, I thought it was a software issue Umi could easily fix with a firmware update.
After months of horrible pictures, I start look for information, and I discover that Umi Z2 hasn't the camera it's supposed to have, but it has a smaller aperture one. As you see in the first screenshot, Umidigi sells this product as having a fat f/1.7 camera, but it has a darker f/2.0 camera (second picture). On Gearbest it is the same. Umi Z2 Nornal is advertised has having a camera it doesn't really have. So, is it a fraud? How can a company sell products with differences like these? My smartphone is the first one in the third picture attached, while I expected to received the second one, that has a bigger aperture camera, as advertised everywhere by Umidigi!!! I spent 200 dollars for a poor phone with totally different specs. So now? Anyone else found the same problems?

We never heard about similar issues.
Please power off and on phone.
If you still facing same issues, please perform factory reset from settings.

Sadly yes, they do fake advertising. This phone is advertised as being a not fake dual camera, but it actually is a fake dual camera. Thankfully my Z2 started to have big enough issues to get a partial refund, but apart from looking nice these phones don't really bring you anything good

J'ai déjà eu ce problème et même plusieurs fois, résolut sans vraiment savoir comment.
