Good morning !
New day, new problem with our beautiful Umidigi Z2 !
Yesterday it just started crashing, at total random moments, like while watching a video, or when clicking anywhere on the screen. The only thing I did since it wasn't crashing was updating Spotify, but uninstalling this app didn't fix it. I also did a factory reset, and it didn't fix anything either.
So dear Umidigi staff, tell me what is wrong again with your phone, please. I'm already in touch with GearBest for a refund.

EDIT: it seems like it is a battery issue, when my phone is charging it is not crashing

Please flash complet and correct ROM firstly.
To do this please follow SPFT instruction and please use "firmware upgrade" mode

I am really disappointed, my camera of UMDIGI Z2 doesn't appear at all in my phone! I don't know how this happened?!! I can't take pictures with my phone .. Do you have same issue? How can I fix that?

Please flash complet ROM with SPFT under firmware upgrade

Hi!
Bought Umidigi Z2 Special Edition, now facing the problem that overwrites all the positives - there are no notifications coming up if the app is not opened (for apps like WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook etc. it is very important). So if someone is calling me through WhatsApp or send me a message - I will see it only when I open the app, no notification is shown.
It is not acceptable, because I run a business and have to answer calls and messeges immediately.
Does anyone know how can I fix it?

This is Umidigi Z2 section.
Please check for updates (settings - system - about phone - wireless update - check for updates)
Please check in settings - apps & notifications - notifications also apps permissions

Z2 SE section is much less active, didnt think there is much difference between Z2 and Z2 SE
Last updates are installed, all notifications are on the "highest priority" both in phone and app settings already (I've tried it first straight after purchase). It is not fixing the problem.
But anyway - thanks for answer

So, even if you have mobile data or Wi-Fi active, WhatsApp, Facebook (messenger), Viber not ringing when somebody is calling?
Is this only happening when app is not in background?
Is this only happening after rebooting phone?

I did what you told me, however the problem is the same... There is no camera! And there is a word written at the top right of the phone "Unactive".. And another thing fingerprints aren't working anymore!!! I can't imagine a phone without camera and buying a second one will just bring me regrets to not investing at an expensive one from the beginning...
Is there any other solution?
