UMIDIGI Z2 major issue.

i am using umidigi z2 after updating  of OTA my camera app disappear and i factory reset again it came but in few hour it again disappear and my flash light also not working same disappear condition in drop down menu. In setting app menu camera app in installed condition any one help to resolve the issue i try with Gearbest online retailer they told me to ship china it not possible to clear the custom again please any one help on fix this issue

The same thing happened to me. Hopefully, with all these complaints umidigi will fix it in an update. The Z2 Pro had the same issue a while back but now it is working fine. Sadly there is no way we can fix it on our own

You should flash complet ROM with SPFT.
Performing factory reset is pointless if you have errors in drivers or software itself.

Please choose correct model between Z2 and Z2 upgraded version.

My z2 is missing camera app. so I did follow the every step. And it is still missing camera app. Any other solution?

If is missing camera app the you need perform factory reset but I would fully recommend use SPFT and flash complet ROM with firmware upgrade mode. This will wipe whole data from your phone.

I already did spft and flash complet Rom and I also factory reset as well. But still missing camera app. Any other solution???

But you need use original ROM for correct Z2 versions (upgrade or original) and flash under firmware upgrade mode on SPFT
