Update: After my complaint the Update dissappeared for a while and now reappeared and this time around I could successfully install it. Also upon reboot orientation changes were recognized. Not sure yet if it is completely fixed but it seems to be progress

Hi, recently bought the Z2 (received it 2 days ago), great phone, the mic was working fine for about a day and is now no longer working… i heard it's an issue on both Z2, Z2 pro, and Special Edition.
Is the issue being fixed (and if so what would be the eta for the fix) or should i send the phone back?

Sorry for microphone issues.
Umidigi Z2 pro got direct update provided to dedicated IMEI numbers.
Unfortunately software solution is still not provided for Z2 devices. Please contact to seller for replacement.

When receiving incoming calls pictures from mt contacts are displayed on top of screen and are too small.
I want to see them in full screen like my UmiSuper and my Umi C Note. I cannot fix this.

Hello. My z2 special edition main camera(back), shoots with 12 megapixels only maximum lately. How can i take it back to 16? Why the 16 megapixels option disappeared? Thanks

After the most recent update from 2 days ago, my camera app does not work at all. It says "app not installed". Social media apps will not access the camera either. Please respond @ umidigi, I was just telling everybody how great the customer service was.

UMIdigi Z2 microphone problem is fixed. you need to send BOTH your IMIE numbers to support

UMIdigi Z2 microphone problem is fixed. you need to send BOTH your IMIE numbers to support (see the contact pagefor email address and they will provide a fix by giving you a FOTA update. the mic fix is not great, but at least it works now.

Hello,
My Face Id is not working anymore and the default camera application just disappeared from the app menu.
I did all updates : Umi system updates, Android update and all google app updates
So I did a first factory reset. The camera app came back, but same story after 2 days, the app just disappeared and when I try to set up face id parameter, I just have a black screen.
So today I did again a factory reset, but same again, no more camera app and impossible to set up face id, just a black screen. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help
