Please flash the latest ROM with SP flash Tool, then test your phone again.

VERY BAD RECEPTION - ANY FIXES??
Weak reception on 2G, little to no reception on both 3g and 4g, my local freqs are all supported by the phone.

Hi,

Please put side by side a well working smartphone and your C2 connected to the same mobile network and check the signal strength in Settings --> About phone --> Status --> SIM Status.
Please share the dBm and asu values and the connected network type (E/3G(H)/4G) of both phones.

can anyone tell me how I can removed touchpal blaotware from the c2? its ad ridden malware crap that needs to go. thanks.
