Some update on the way ?, because, the mobile network fails, since it disconnects and puts a notification of update of sim card, and causes disconnection in full call.

Update would be good especially of fingerprint issue for apps, because very often I have to approve existing fingerprint in settings. Next, wifi reception level is not good and Hid mobile access app is crashing, on other phones works well. But I mean that F1 will don't get new update anymore.. Big shame for us. Umidigi your phones by hardware side is perfect, please give a more attention by software side. Nothing is not worst than bad experience with buggy ROM or bad support.  Thanks

my f1 play was acting up and decided to flash this firmware with sp flash tool.

now the phone won't start. I guess I did something wrong.

the phone seems to be rebooting every 2-3 secs. if i plug it in, the computer will detect it every few seconds. So i guess it's in a boot loop but now showing anything on screen.

sp flash tool will detect it and start the download but then stop and timeout after 2min with error STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION

is there a way to recover from this? Thanks!

I bought UMIDIGI F1 from US. It booted while i turned it on. But I think it started installing some updates after that when i tried it started rebooting (boot loop) for no reason. Is there a way how i can fix this issue my self ? I want to know if there is US stock rom which i can update from sdcard ? or i need to flash using the flash tool ?

It is now clear that Umidigi will not support F1 any further: no Android 10 upgrade and no security patches either. I am returning mine, as this is simply not acceptable

Hi, I know that this thread is pretty old but for anyone who got this phone recently like me my solution may help. I had a lot of problems with this update, becouse of reboot stuck. I tried everything. I downloaded both .apk files but one of them resulted only in "App not installed" message. I tried OTA update from SD card but it did not want to install, I even tried factory reset. None of this would work. However it all happened when I had my native system language which is polish and when I changed it to english update started and completed without a problem, even without .apk installation. Hope it will save you some time.

Hello .It's my phone's serial number "ppr1. 180610.011/root.20190724. 172148" . I wanted to update the system and didn’t know I shouldn’t agree " format all and download" . Now that I have installed the new system. It has red labels on the monitor. If you can help me install the appropriate system on my phone and the red labels will disappear.
