Impossible to use the phone... Issue with Microphone, nobody can hear me, if no solution within a week, i'll change it after posting a bad news on tweeter.

For the microphones issue you have 2 options :
Wait for dedicated update but you need provide your IMEI numbers and current software version (settings - system - about phone - wireless update) to ben@91umi.com
Or contact to seller for device replacement.

Update: Orientation sensor (Accelerometer) seems to work again. I don't know why. Had the phone some days off(is not my primary phone and had some days off). Turned it on again and started the Sensors test app and it showed my accelerometer showing values again. Did recalibrate then G-Sensors in Display settings and voila now it works again.
Strange indeed. But maybe something that might help others aswell. Turning off the phone for some days let it rest and then cold boot it.

My phone stop to rotate the screen. I was in the settings and change the interface buttons to the old version, and it worked! Changed to the new interface buttons and it's still working.
I also was having trouble with voice on calls as said before. I fixed it by setting the "wifi phone calls" to off.

I think the device is great! But could have a notification led and a better camera (as the upgraded version already has).

When receiving incoming calls pictures from mt contacts are displayed on top of screen and are too small.
I want to see them in full screen like my UmiSuper and my Umi C Note. I cannot fix this.
Please help me !!!!

I also have a major problem with Umidii Z2. Everything works well except the microphone does not work during GSM calls, mic does not working during WhatsApp calls. I can record voice messages but the mic does not work during calls.

I really like the phone., I had the
Umidigi Super before, and this Z2 seems even better. But I need the mic to work.

I have updated the ROM to the current one but it did not help.

Hi,
We are sorry to hear this but we are still investigating this case and trying find software solution to fix microphone problems during calls.
Currently we can only recommend to contact to retailer and ask for device replacement.

The Z2 is getting harder to use. It looks great but the constant rebooting of the phone and the screen not rotating orientation is becoming a real pain. Add to this that although this is a latest Android phone some apps in the app store do not accept it and I am becoming very disheartened with UMIDIGI products.

When will a fix be issued for the rebooting bug and the Screen orientation issue?

coolicool is asking for a video of the problem. can you get them to provide a replacement please? I really like the phone and want it to work.
