You should find that specific app, and uninstall, then reinstall it, or if it's a system app, delete it's data in Settings --> Apps. If you can't find the specific app, then you need to perform a factory data reset.

1. How can I turn on speaker/headphone audio mode manually? I don't see this option in engineer menu.
2. After this firmware was installed my screen became several pixels smaller for each of 4 sides (constantly black). How can I fix that?

1. Do you want to manually switch between the speaker and headphones output while your headphone is connected? Or what do you mean?
