UMIDIGI will manage to replace all defective batteries or to repair each handset with defective battery as per your choice. The details will be published later today in a new thread. This solution is going to be managed directly by the factory, not through the retailers.

This is cool, at least for people that will be able to help them self and change the battery.
others will have to take new battery and UMI phone to a repair shop, and that will cost more money, but still far better than no phone.

This is very good for UMI image, well worth what the extra batteries will cost

it's interesting, i have a question please :

As fast charging could be a good feature for quick charge and hurry people, i'd rather charging my UMI Z battery each night (during about 7-8 hours) using a Samsung 5V/1A old power supply and i could go all the next day with this charge. it know that a battery life could be increased if it is charged with more slowly with less ampere

Do you recommend me to use only the 5V/2A UMI original power supply or could i continue to use my 5V/1A Samsung power supply ?

You can use any type of 5V 1A charger.

Hello ,,, I have the same problem in the phone, battery bulge and its impact on the phone screen, I'm afraid it is broken screen ,,, I bought the phone from the site ,,, colicool ,,, I sent them a message and asked to send the phone to them, sent the phone by mail, and cost me Approximately $ 23, of course colicool said from the start that it would not bear the cost of sending by courier, but this is the normal postage of my mail.
