Dear MarcinP i do not know the actual reason but i am facing this issue but i have also a solution for my self.
I disable data choose the network manualy and connect data agian and done.
I can confirm them all! The touchscreen is very bad after this updTe indeed. Keyboard is hard to use sometimes.
Also 4G, Batterylife and Camera got worse again as mentioned all over the Internet.
We just got to live with it. Don't think it's ever getting better. Great hardware tho

There are 2 different issues with touchscreen.

[size=45.0187px]Notification bar is harder to pull down: it's caused by the Bugfix of he ghost touch issue.
As far as I can see they changed the position where the recognition starts. I can't enter actually a position y<16. So a good part of the bar is "untouchable". I tested with factory mode and typical swipe downs:
The effective recognition starts often just beneath the bar (position y=16+x). On the right side I tested swiping up. In this case the line reached y=16.
It could be placebo, but for me pulling down works sometimes better.
As a workaround you are able to retrain your move to get it to work for you. But I'm not convinced this bugfix for ghost touch needs such a big impact.
Please don't forget the "Zoom" issue.
I have have it since Nougat update.
already flashed with SPFT and clean installation:
Open the Foto Gallery --> take one Foto to Full screen and Zoom in --> it is a bad quality until the Z start to load it in high quality. and the zoomed area is clear. It is getting from lower left to upper right.. Cluster by Cluster...
I have it with all gallery apps.
With 6.0 I had this issue not.
And Hey: IT is a 10 core device, and even a 3MB Foto can't be displayed fast and good..
--> If you can't believe: I can do a Video this evening with that effect.
Yes you are right UMI Please look this issue and improve the camera zoom if you want i can give a reference photo for UMI Z and other camera same photos

did anybody recognized what MarcinP has written about the notification panel?You have to push and hold on the top of the screen,my opinion is that it was better before
For me there is one main issue ,that i cannot install non playstore apps although i've checked it in the optins(allowing unknown apps install..)
And i cannot check or uncheck the options like "Android administrator"
I have feeling that nobody see if I confirm some stuff but also some people won't take explanation. Notification panel is less sensitive due to some customers complained about self unfolding. Simply put finger on top edge of screen (don't slide) and notification panel will unfold.
