UMI Super Simcards not recognized suddenly

Hi All,

I have since some weeks the the problem that my UMI Super doesn t recognize the Simcards out of a sudden. I type in the PINs and then it s ok for again 1 min to 2 hours...I can see no patter when the phone looses the simcards.

At the moment installed is:
Android 7.0
Build-No: UMI Super.V7.01_20170308

Any ideas?

I would perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) and then update to latest version through to OTA (settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates).
If this doesn't help you need use SPFT and flash you phone.

Check your sim card in different device, swap sim card in to different slot. Switch off and reboot phone after swapping sim card.

I have probe it... the problem continue. I have umi super androir 7.0 compilation 7.01_20170308

The problems are
-sim disconnect... but i think the problem it is that the mobile reboot sudenly. Each some minutes (it may be one minutes or 8hours) the mobile asked for pin for sim and pin for mobile.
-bluetooth: each night i switch off the mobile. The first call in the ca (via bluetooth) soung in the other site of the call... but not in my site. The second call that is all right. It is not a problem in car.
-wireless: coonect ... and after same variable minutes the mobile dissconect from wlan... putting a message like "error in autentication". Some minutes later the mobile is connected. Is it not a problem in access point.

Some ideas, please?

Also you can check for OTA updates, settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates

OTA or local update (OTA zip file) shouldn't wipe your data.
