Umi plus black/grey screen

Hi everyone, I was using my umi plus for like 3 weeks perfectly no problem at all. And now it started doing strange thing. Some time when I use it the screen turn black/grey but the touch still work.. What can I do to fix it? And if I have to Send the phone to UmiDigi what are their info.
***********Sometime when I press the touch screen, screen getting back to normal. But it go back black/grey after
