Front Camera - Umi Plus

I do not know if the problem is hardware or driver, because sometimes it returns to normal ... Has anyone ever had this problem on the front camera of umi plus - Android 7?

Hi
As you mentioned that sometimes is fine I would think that this is hardware failure. But you still should perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If this not help you can try update system with FOTA, OTA zip or SPFT.

Are you talking about black line or purple colour?

I already did the reset via backup, but it did not work ... I updated the android directly via the operating system

I have a problem with front camera as well,in that it has never worked and the icon to select it is ggreyed out.
I have done the usual factory data reset,new firmware etc and it made no difference

Hi, good evening. I have an a PLUS Smartphone, that it has fantastic for comunication and other, but for the rear camera it has very bad. Not it exist one solution for that. Everyone you have one problem with this camera, and like haved resolved this problem, which solution is it possible? This SMARTPHONE it is very amazing, it has an a very beautiful design, but the camera .... i don't have the word. I would want to buy the UMIDIGI Z1 PRO RED, like me much, but i'm brake from the camera, for me much important ......
