Notifications LED does not light up anymore.

Hello everyone!I have a problem in my Super, after installing a stock ROM 20160708, the notifications led does not work anymore, nor in the settings I have the option to turn it on.I've done hard reset, I reinstalled the other ROMs and it does not solve, I downloaded them all to Nougat and I came back, but nothing solves it.In the settings only these options appear:

The setting should be above the battery settings not down here where you show your screen

It used to be in the Smart Assistant category, on top of the Shortcut button settings. You are nowhere in the settings.
