Umi Plus E Issues. Freezing, Crashing, Restarting, Switching Off.

I've been using my Umi Plus E for 2-3 weeks now and every day I experience issues with it.
It randomly freezes, crashes, restarts and turns off in the middle of use or even when it's not being used in my pocket or sitting on my desk.
Does anyone else experience this? or is it just me. What could be the cause of this? Is the Umi Plus E of poor quality? or is it just my phone?

The latest firmware helped already to all users which experiences self rebooting.
So please firstly perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
And then go to settings - about phone - wireless update.

You can use SPFT and OTA zip file.
Please follow OTA zip file instruction which is in each latest available ROM thread.

Hi,

I have the same problem as described above.

I bought the phone and it updated the firmware to ver. E.V3.02_20170216 by itself using wi-fi updating.

The problem still occurs and the phone resets by itself three-four times a day.

I did a hard reboot but nothing helped.

The problem still exists.

What can I do ?

My mother had the same issue with her UMi Plus E, in the v3.01_20161217 firmware. Have you updated your device to the v3.01_20170112 version? Since updated to this version, which happens to be the latest, it no longer had any problems.

I've just let the phone update to the most recent version avalable (V3.01_20161227)
I really do hope this will help as experincing so many issues with it daily has become frustrating and I was considering getting a new phone.

I am also running V3.02_20170216 firmware and everyday it will freeze and reboot itself at least twice a day.

This is already the latest firmware available. Please advise.
