I wish people at UMIDIGI will just say "we're sorry we advertised something that shouldn't be delivered, therefore here a 150$ discount on the Z1 Pro wich is THE EXACT PHONE as the Plus E but it has the update (or on any other UMIDIGI Phone)".
But unfortunately they don't care much about customers...
Overall I'm satisfied with my Plus E since the battery issue was fixed, yet the fact that there are no security updates on phones that have LESS THAN 1 YEAR is absolutely outrageous.
They make awesome-looking phones, with awesome specs, yet camera and optimization really suck. It's such a shame they should focus on less models and more on optimization and customer service.
I worked in the selling part of many companies, yet UMIDIGI strategy is something only start-ups do, but this company is already known they just need more attention in their phones.
