anybody know of a way to unsubscibe from these texts, the unsubscribe button they provide do mot seen to work, and who is this 'sara' they seem to think my email address is

really confused and frustrated, they're getting worse

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We will fix it asap.
Until that, you have two ways to solve your issue.
1. Set a fake email address in your profile, so you won't receive new emails in your real account.
2. In the address line of the unsubscribe page replace the wrong email address by your one and hit Enter.
