Do any UMI people actually read this Forum?

I've tried on many threads here and seem to get silence... Is this really the only place the UmiDigi company can send its customers because, it is very unhelpful.
All I want is anyone here to point me to a User Manual.
It's that simple - no complex technical questions, no complaints about phone quality.
So, is anyone going to bother to reply?

Bencebacsi seems to be involved in most topics and guides and is very helpful. I follow his guide to upgrading ROM on my mini. No problems, until I discover my ability to mirror screen has vanish from new ROM. I ask why is this? But........Silence.......
